Tired of the standard American diet (SAD)? Trying to get more “healthy” foods into your life? Paleo, Keto, Vegan, Vegetarian…what does ‘healthy’ even look like?
Join counselor, certified health coach and foodie Betty Hayes for a hands-on, two hour class to experience cooking healthy, whole, unprocessed foods that are tasty and easy to prepare.  Betty will teach you how to get more vegetables, fruits, legumes, whole grains, nuts, seeds and spices into your life that will help you create the energy and vitality you crave.
We will start with a Mexican-inspired menu of small plates free of animal products, unhealthy fats and excess salt while creating several recipes that are healthy, filling, and best of all…a treat for your taste buds.

Cancellation Policy

We depend on your enrollment for a successful class! Please plan your schedule carefully. Refunds are not issued when your request is less than 5 business days before the starting date of the class, and credits cannot be applied to a future class. Refund requests must be made in writing, via email, prior to 5 business days before the class start date. A $5 processing fee per activity for each person will be assessed. Sorry no refunds after 5 business days prior to the class start date. This is due to financial commitments we must make before activities begin. Refunds take approximately 7-10 days to process.
