Let us take you on a journey from Greece to Egypt. In teams of two, you will learn how to make 3 classics: Tzatziki, Hummus, and Falafel. All of which are perfect healthy options for your game-day cravings this football season, and we’ll provide some fun inspiration for the foods as well (Falafel burgers, yum!). As a bonus, we will also sail from Egypt to the Strait of Gibraltar, sending you home with a recipe for a Moroccan twist on India’s butter chicken. If you wish to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy, we suggest a fresh white such as Zinfandel, Sauv Blanc, or a fruity Pinot Gris; for red lovers a Grenache or Sangiovese; a dry Rose would also be wonderful!

Dietary/allergy considerations: Tzatziki (Vegetarian & Gluten Free; has dairy), Hummus (Vegan & Gluten Free; has chickpeas, sesame), Falafel (Vegan & Gluten Free; has chickpeas). Please Note: The class fee is per person.

Cancellation Policy

We depend on your enrollment for a successful class! Please plan your schedule carefully. Refunds are not issued when your request is less than 5 business days before the starting date of the class, and credits cannot be applied to a future class. Refund requests must be made in writing, via email, prior to 5 business days before the class start date. A $5 processing fee per activity for each person will be assessed. Sorry no refunds after 5 business days prior to the class start date. This is due to financial commitments we must make before activities begin. Refunds take approximately 7-10 days to process.
