Wednesday, 21 August, 2024, 6:00 - 8:30 pm. Pacific Time Zone What does one eat when they don’t eat animal products? Come and learn what a day in the life of a plant eater looks like. You will take home breakfast recipe ideas and learn about lunch options. Next, we will spend the majority of our time cooking whole-food, plant-based dinners where you’ll learn about the 50/50 plate, healthy carbs, and plant-based proteins. This is a class about keeping it simple while keeping it healthy.
