You'll cook with Chef Cathie and create some scrumptious kid-friendly favorites like kids' mini pizzas, easy cheesy quesadillas & smoked queso dip with tortilla chips. Tuesday, October 08, 2024, 4 pm - 6 pm Pacific Time Zone Ages 6 - 12 We're movin' on to the letters T, U, & V in the month of October! You'll cook with Chef Cathie and produce some amazing kitchen favorites including taco casserole (oh my!), upside down cake (chocolate!) and vanilla ice cream in a bag (delish!). Chef Cathie will teach you how to make the best waffles (melt in your mouth!), whipped cream (yes, flavored!) and hot cross "X" buns (oh my!). This traditional dish of Puebla, another beautiful state in Mexico, is made by locals to celebrate their Mexican independence.
