Tailgate Time – Wings, Wings, Wings, and more!
**Class is unavailable** Friday September 8, 6 pm to 9 pm Adults 18 and up. *Heavy Action begins playing in the background* It’s game day, you’re hosting. Are you bringing Wing Street and Papa Murphy’s? Or, do you want to WOW your guests!? In this class you’ll learn how to make a couple varieties of wings (including vegetarian cauliflower!), along with a few kinds of sauces (Nashville Hot, Korean BBQ, and more as time allows!). Each group will be leaving with a bottle of hot sauce that you make. We will also be pulling together a next level Bacon Cheeseburger dip – that crockpot dumper recipe from Pinterest is great, but it has nothing on the rich flavor an espagnole base can offer. With recipes this good, your friends will be trading their 1st round Fantasy pick just so you’ll cook for them. Dietary considerations: Dip: dairy, pork, beef, and gluten. Wings: gluten (omittable w/ non-breaded wings), chicken (vegetarian option with cauliflower provided!) Please Note: The class fee is per person. -

WFPB – A Day in the Life

Pacific Time Zone What does one eat when they don’t eat animal products? Come and learn what a day in the life of a plant eater looks like. You will take home breakfast recipe ideas and learn about lunch options. Next, we will spend the majority of our time cooking whole-food, plant-based dinners where you’ll learn about the 50/50 plate, healthy carbs, and plant-based proteins. This is a class about keeping it simple while keeping it healthy. Join Betty Hayes, certified whole-foods, plant-based home chef, as we make several dishes that we will enjoy together at the culmination of the class. Join Certified Health Coach Betty Hayes in The Gifted Kitchen for an evening of whipping up those extras.
